A 578,000 square-foot Westchase office building and two adjacent development sites totaling 6.3 acres are now the property of Crimson Real Estate Fund. Houston-Sugar Land-Baytown area foreclosure filings for October are down by more than 25% from 2010 and more than 11% since the prior month, according to a report from RealtyTrac Inc.
